A lot of people don't realize that they could easily drop a few extra pounds by eating less at night. I noticed that a lot of people tend to eat larger meals at diner and keep breakfast and lunch basically small. Breakfast should be the largest meal of the day because this will give you the energy to go. Then lunch should be a bit smaller with diner being your smallest meal of the day. If you eat a large meal late at night this will make you tired the next day because your body is digesting a lot of food while your sleeping. Smaller meals mean you wake up with more energy and your body doesn't store the late night food on your belly.
So if you start with a large meal and end with a small meal then you will drop a few pounds because your body is less stressed.
